“I just received a promotion and was asked to move from California to Chicago in less than 3 weeks time. I have been blessed to know Peter (Peter Basile Jr.) and take advantage of his services several times over the past decade, from finding and screening tenants to selling my property. His services have never been short of exceptional, even after the sale! He always encourages me to call him anytime if he can help in any way AND HE REALLY MEANS IT! I've taken him up on these offers numerous times when I had problems with tenants or other questions about my rental unit and didn't know where else to turn.
